easter dinner: beans, basil and cashews

this can mostly be made well in advance and finished at the last minute.

handful of green beans per person, trimmed
handful of fresh basil, chopped
handful of salted cashews, chopped
knob of butter for frying

steam the beans until tender.
melt the butter in a fry pan, take off the heat.
add the beans, basil and cashews to the pan and reheat for a few minutes when everything else is just about ready.
