thank you lydia (and ultimately smitten kitchen) for the homemade oreo recipe. i've made these 3 times now (well, i should really say 2 times as i left out the egg during one attempt, i think i was sleepy or something) and i want to make these cookies every week.so good.

Try other things on her site. They WORK! and are delicious!
